All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all original components to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log in to your ALDI Mobile account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all chargers, cables, and manuals are included to avoid any processing delays.
- 3.Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
- 4.Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized Australia Post location and keep your tracking receipt until we confirm the arrival and inspection of your item.
